The 30th Ray Scott Memorial Tournament is over. It was great fun with participants from Arizona, Iowa, South Dakota, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska.
A report of the 2004 CSG was written soon after the games were over. The exciting news that year was one of our own, Herman Batelaan, won the male athlete of the year award! The Nebraska Senior Games includes many sports including badminton. The next Senior Games badminton tournament will be held in Kearney, NE August 15th. If you are 50 years of age or older, plan to participate! The website is www.nebraskaseniorgames.com
The RSM is over for this year. It was a smashing success! Remember that next year is the 30th RSM. Plans are already underway to make it the biggest and best yet! Come join the fun and competition on October 9, 2004. Mark your calendars!
The 2003 RSM was played on October 18. There were 55 participants from around the Midwest.
