The badminton event of the Nebraska Senior Games were held on August 14, 2005 in Kearney. This is a tournament for athletes 50 years of age or older. There was a light turnout this year. However, because next year is a qualifying year, it is expected that 2006 will be a large tournament. Keep this in mind if you are of the appropriate age.
